Display

It is equipped with a 5" LCD high-resolution display. Silver and copper corrosion, temperature, humidity and pressure are plotted at different time intervals. In addition, layer deposition thickness and cumulative and incremental corrosion following ISA standards are available for display.

Alarms

Alarms can be configured individually for each variable, offering customizable HIGH and LOW threshold settings. This flexibility enables precise monitoring and personalized alert management, ensuring users receive timely notifications tailored to their specific operational needs and safety requirements.

Output

The Monitor features Modbus (RS485) connectivity for seamless communication with primary control systems, alongside real-time data transmission via an 8-channel 4-20mA analogue signal through a plug-and-play junction box. Data is securely stored on an SD card in easily transferable .CSV format

Sensor

A silver-copper sensor operating at 6.000 MHz precisely measures frequency deviations under 1 Hz to assess corrosion. It displays corrosion severity per ISA 71.04-2013 standards, presenting range levels G1 through GX on the main interface and as a graphical plot.

Power Supply

Delivers stable, regulated power with wide voltage input support, ensuring reliable performance of the monitor and sensors. Built-in protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, and short circuits guarantees safe and continuous operation.

Working Principals

The corrosion severity levels are categorized based on the ANSI/ISA S71.04-2013 International Standard. The corrosion severity levels of copper and silver corrosion as as follows:
